If a non-public JSC created before 1 September 2014 and its Charter established limits on the number of shares belonging to one shareholder and their total nominal value, so as limits on the maximum number of votes granted to one shareholder – these provisions could be changed and (or) excluded from the Charter of such JSC until January 1, 2017 pursuant to the decision of the General meeting of shareholders by three fourths of shareholders votes (voting shareholders) participating in the meeting. (If the need for a greater number of votes is not provided by the Charter of JSC). After January 1, 2017, these provisions can be changed and (or) are excluded from the Charter by unanimous decision of the General meeting of shareholders.
